Special Note: No one should violate these rules by finding loopholes. Legal action will be taken if this occurs.

1. Introduction

Gumnaamart.com is an open-source blog site created by Prakash Wanchevad. Its purpose is to provide short film and feature film scripts to 100% film outsiders from India, including screenwriters, actors, directors, producers, DOPs, cinematographers, and other individuals associated with the entertainment industry. All scripts and stories available on this site are registered with the Screenwriter's Association.

2. Right to Use

The scripts and stories available on Gumnaamart.com can only be used by 100% film outsiders from India. This includes individuals from the film set crew up to screenwriters, actors, directors, producers, DOPs, and other outsiders.

 * However, writers, directors, and producers must have a valid writer's card, producer's card, and director's card.

 * Any famous or established actor, director, producer, or other individual is not permitted to work on these scripts. The objective is to provide an opportunity for new and talented individuals to grow.

3. Use of Scripts and Stories

3.1. For Writers and Directors

 * Writers, directors, and producers can make changes to these scripts and stories for a short film, feature film, TV show, or web series.

 * Writers can write these scripts and stories in any language, and producers can produce them in any language.

 * Writers can make changes and add new scenes and dialogues on their own.

 * Writers can create their own website or blog, keep these scripts open source on it, and also earn money from them.

 * Famous writers can also write open-source scripts or stories based on these scripts.

 * Writers have the right to write sequels, prequels, and spin-offs based on these scripts and stories.

 * While making changes, it is mandatory to strictly follow the guidelines of TV channels.

 * If a writer makes changes to a script or story for a producer, and if they make even a 10% change, the producer must pay the writer a fee equivalent to that percentage of the total fee as per the rules of the Screenwriter's Association (SWA). For example, if the fee for a feature film is ₹27 lakh, the writer should receive 10% of that fee, i.e., ₹2.7 lakh. The producer can pay a higher fee but cannot reduce it. If any injustice occurs to a writer, that producer will be banned from using Gumnaamart's scripts.

 * If a writer makes changes to these scripts, they must register the modified script with their own or another writer's association. The writer must also state whether the modified script is open source or not.

 * Any form of adult content, scenes, or dialogues is strictly prohibited from being written, shown, or produced. If any individual does so, they will be prevented from using these scripts, and each person will be charged with a ₹100 crore copyright infringement violation.

3.2. For Actors

 * Actors can make videos of monologues from these scripts and upload them on social media to showcase their acting skills.

 * Famous TV actors can work with outsiders on web series or films based on these scripts, but not on TV serials.

3.3. For Business Investors

 * Business investors can produce films, short films, and web series with outsiders on these scripts and release them on TV, OTT, or any other platform.

 * Business investors and producers can produce and release sequels, prequels, and spin-offs based on these scripts and stories on TV, OTT, or any other platform.

3.4. Special Provision for Former Outsiders

If a writer, actor, director, or producer becomes successful by working on Gumnaamart's scripts and enters the mainstream film industry, they will no longer be considered 'outsiders' and will not be permitted to work on these scripts.

However, if they later stop getting work in the mainstream industry and their financial situation deteriorates, Gumnaamart.com automatically grants them permission to work on these scripts and stories again.

This is because they have once again become outsiders and are financially weak. Artists should never face hardship, and keeping this human sentiment in mind, Prakash Wanchevad and Gumnaamart.com grant this permission.

4. Title Rules

The titles of the scripts available on Gumnaamart are open source, and anyone can use them.

 * No one can attempt to register these titles. If any individual does so and prevents Gumnaamart or any outsider from using a title, legal action will be taken against them for "stealing an open-source script's title."

 * Outsider producers can use any other title they wish.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

 * No outsider or any other individual can use these scripts and stories to create a film, short film, web series, or TV show with the help of AI. A ₹100 crore copyright infringement penalty will be imposed for doing so.

 * However, outsiders can teach at a film school or on a website/blog by creating AI images, but they cannot create AI videos.

6. Film Critics

Gumnaamart.com can use the feedback of film critics to improve the quality of its scripts and help writers become better.

 * Permission is given to critics because they can help writers, directors, and actors improve themselves.

 * Film critics can provide their feedback on these scripts through blogs, videos, or any other media platform.

 * All criticisms and suggestions given by this system are solely for the improvement of the writer.

 * Gumnaamart.com will not be responsible for the accuracy of any feedback given by film critics or for any decisions made based on it. Users will use this facility at their own risk.

7. Social Media Influencers and Creators

 * Social media influencers and creators cannot create any videos or other content on these scripts. If anyone does so, legal action will be taken under copyright infringement.

8. Gumnaamart Members

 * If any individual uses any script or story from Gumnaamart (whether for making a film, TV show, or web series, or for teaching at a film school), they automatically become a member of Gumnaamart.

9. Right to Copyright

 * The right to grant copyright for Gumnaamart's scripts belongs only to Prakash Wanchevad or a Gumnaamart member.

 * If a member grants copyright to someone, the money received from it will belong to that member.

10. Additional Terms and Conditions

10.1. Limitation of Liability

Gumnaamart.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of content or scripts available on this site or from the actions of any user. Users use this site at their own risk.

10.2. Right to Modify Terms

Gumnaamart.com reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users are advised to review these terms from time to time.

10.3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute related to these terms and conditions, Indian laws will apply, and the jurisdiction for legal proceedings will be under the courts of NANDED.

10.4. Right to Suspend/Terminate Account

If any user violates these terms and conditions, Gumnaamart.com reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend their access without prior notice.
