Who is GumnaamArt for?

GumnaamArt.com works specifically for 'Outsider Artists'—Writers, Actors, and Filmmakers who do not have a Godfather in the industry. Our mission is to give them recognition.

1. Who do these guidelines apply to?

• These guidelines are ONLY for Social Media Creators and Influencers.
• Strict Rule: Even if a social media creator or influencer declares themselves an 'Artist', they cannot escape this rule. In exchange for using the script, they MUST credit GumnaamArt's outsiders.

2. Exemption for Outsider Artists

✅ These guidelines DO NOT apply to GumnaamArt's own 'Outsider Artists'.

Outsider artists are exempt from these mandatory rules. However, if they wish, they can voluntarily credit other outsider artists to support the community, but this is entirely up to their choice.

3. Video Limits and Credit Rules

• Duration Limit: Use script content only for short videos up to 3 minutes (Reels/Shorts). (Long-form videos are not permitted).
• Mandatory Credit: It is MANDATORY for Influencers/Creators to credit AT LEAST ONE (ANY ONE) outsider artist or project link in the video caption/description:
  • Social ID/Link of an outsider Writer, Actor, Director, etc.
  • OR a link to a Film/Show made on a GumnaamArt script.

4. ⚖️ Violation and Legal Warning

⚠️ Legal Action:

Failure to comply with these Mandatory Credit Conditions will be considered a Copyright Violation under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and legal action will be taken.
